We reserve the right to refuse and/or cancel any order at any time for any reason.

BILLING RATES
Your rate quote is for Domestic USA. Your bill is based on minutes used. For example, ten people on a conference call for one hour is 600 minutes (10 people x 60 minutes/hour). We multiply your minutes used by your per minute rate.

DELIVERY AREA AND REQUIREMENTS

Phone and online ordering is available on orders within the United States of America only.

1. Neither party shall be liable in damages or have the right to terminate this Agreement for any delay or default in performing hereunder if such delay or default is caused by conditions beyond its control including, but not limited to Acts of God, Government restrictions (including the denial or cancellation of any export or other necessary license), wars, insurrections and/or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the party whose performance is affected.

2. Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance under this Agreement (other than for delay in the payment of money due and payable hereunder) to the extent said failures or delays are proximately caused (I) by causes beyond that party's reasonable control and occurring without its fault or negligence, including, without limitation, failure of suppliers, subcontractors, and carriers, or party to substantially meet its performance obligations under this Agreement, provided that, as a condition to the claim of nonliability, the party experiencing the difficulty shall give the other prompt written notice, with full details following the occurrence of the cause relied upon. Dates by which performance obligations are scheduled to be met will be extended for a period of time equal to the time lost due to any delay so caused.

PRIVACY POLICY
A-Conference-Call.com respects your privacy. A-Conference-Call.com does not sell, trade or rent your personal information. A-Conference-Call.com may release account information when we believe, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to (i) comply with law, (ii) enforce or apply the terms of any of our user agreements or (iii) protect the rights, property or safety of A-Conference-Call.com, our users or others.

We assume no liability associated with product usage.The buyer is liable and responsible for any loss, damage, or expenses of any kind, arising from the use or misuse of these products. By placing an order, the buyer signifies agreement to these Terms of Sale.

NOTICE:

A-Conference-Call.com may not be used to violate the privacy rights of others, or to access or intercept electronic communications in violation of wiretap statutes. Phone tapping and eavesdropping is illegal in certain states. In no way will A-Conference-Call.com, or its parent or its subsidiaries or partners be held responsible for inappropriate use of this product.

It is the responsibility of the purchaser or user to ensure that conversations are only recorded in accordance with the law of the jurisdiction where the equipment is utilized.

IT IS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER TO CONSULT LEGAL COUNSEL FOR THE INTERPRETATION OF ANY LAWS APPLICABLE TO THE AREA OF INTENDED USE OF THIS PRODUCT.
